"If I could give this agent a -0 that'll be it. I will have to track him down for weeks just to get an answer. They don't pick up their phones. They don't email you even within 24 hours you'll have to leave 24 messages and emails for them to call you back in the next 2-3 weeks so I moved to a new agent who will really take care of me. Don't waste your time and money on this office."

"Non responsive, does not follow up on issues that are caused by them. Rates have more than doubled in 2 years with no claim, violations, etc. When questioned about the increase there was no clear answer. When additional information was requested they were going to get with “Statefarm” and get back to me. This has been 8 weeks.

Further, I called and can’t policy after selling a home on 6/20/2024. As of 7/12/2024 the policy is still in place, and I was just told it could be an additional 3-4 weeks before I get a refund because “Statefarm is behind.”
